Where do you deliver and what are shipping rates?
We can deliver just about anywhere in the USA! Minimum orders apply.
California: Free shipping (delivery included in price!), one case minimum order. Overnight delivery.
All other areas (USA only) outside of California: shipping fees charged by State, as shown when order is placed in the cart. Two case minimum orders apply for shipping outside of California.
No international deliveries at this time – please contact us directly for information on international deliveries for opportunities (minimum 10 case order): dmergle@aquacraftseafood.com
When will I receive my order after it is placed?
California – next day delivery if order is placed before 11am
Areas within the USA, outside of California: two to three day delivery as shown (order must be placed before 11am).
Are Spot Prawns shipped frozen?
Yes – Spot Prawns are shipped frozen so they are available all year round, while supplies last!
How are Spot Prawns packed in a case?
There are XX individually packed 1kg branded boxes in one case.
Each individual 1kg box holds approx. XX frozen spot prawns (head-on).

Yes, you can create an account! By creating an account with ChefsFish you are able to access password-protected information about your order history as well as current order status. What is the timing of your billing and what will show up on my credit card statement?
Your card will be processed immediately and your statement will show up as "Aquacraft Seafood Innovation Inc". Billing is done in USD.
Where do you source your seafood?
We hand select producers and suppliers who represent sustainability, conservation, quality and good practices in aquaculture. All affiliated suppliers, producers and partners we work with must be FDA Certified (or CFIA Certified if within Canada) and Represent Best Aquaculture Practices regarding food safety, HACCP and food security, or similar recognized certifications within the represented country of origin.
