As the creator of Skuna Bay Salmon and former Managing Director of Ocean Quality North America, Dave brings his innovative and creative brand approach to capturing market attention and creating new and exciting products. Michelle adds a complementary skill set to the team, with years of providing solutions to customers in the food and beverage industry through the (craft) beer industry, Michelle excels at working with customers to consistently meet their needs and reliably meet expectations for service.

Why ChefsFish?

We saw an opportunity to provide chefs directly with high quality, sustainable and uniquely branded seafood, without all the complications of dealing with the big guys. Sometimes you just want good fish, delivered efficiently. We aren’t big, but we’re good, and you will deal with us directly.
